*Pet Medical Records are not automatically synced upon activation of premium subscription. This process takes time to onboard your veterinary hospital, sync your pet's ID tag to your hospital, and then cipher through the data gathered from the hospital. We will work as quickly as possible to get you access to your pet's medical records with the understanding that larger corporations (Banfield, VCA, etc) take more time to retrieve records from.
